The Sunshine Coast, Queensland, including Caloundra, Maroochydore, Noosa and the hinterland. We are a service-area business without a shopfront, so there is no street address to visit; contractors come to you.
What to tell us
To line up the right contractor quickly, it helps to have:
- The suburb or locality of the property.
- The type of roof: concrete tile, terracotta, steel, fibro, or not sure.
- The approximate age of the building.
- What is happening: a leak, storm damage, rust, broken tiles, condensation, or planning a new roof.
- Whether the building is a house, unit, townhouse or commercial property.
- Any access issues, such as a steep block or a two-storey roof.
Photos taken from the ground are useful too; the contractor may ask for them.
What happens next
We will confirm the details and arrange a time for an independent local roofing contractor to inspect. After the inspection you will receive a written quote. There is no charge for the inspection or quote and no obligation to proceed.

Stay off the roof, move belongings away from the water, put buckets under drips and keep people out of rooms where ceilings are sagging. In a dangerous emergency outside business hours, contact the State Emergency Service.
