A referral website
Roofer Sunshine Coast is a referral website. We are not a roofing contractor and we do not carry out roofing work. When you enquire through this site, we refer your job to an independent local roofing contractor, who inspects, quotes and, if you accept, carries out the work under their own business and contract with you.
Licences and insurance
We ask the contractors we work with to hold the QBCC licence and insurance their work requires. Licence and insurance details are provided by the contractor on request. Before you sign anything or work begins, check the contractor's licence on the QBCC online register and ask for a certificate of currency for their insurance. Asbestos removal must be carried out by a removalist holding the licence required under Workplace Health and Safety Queensland rules.
Responsibility for the work
The contractor is solely responsible for the roofing work, including its quality, safety, compliance with building laws and standards, pricing, timing and any warranty. Any warranty is given by the contractor or the product manufacturer, not by Roofer Sunshine Coast.
General information only
Everything published on this website, including articles, guides, checklists and price ranges, is general information about roofing on the Sunshine Coast. It is not advice about your property and should not be relied on in place of an on-site inspection by a qualified roofer, or advice from a building certifier, engineer, lawyer, insurer or licensed financial adviser where relevant.
Price ranges on the cost guide are 2026 planning figures only. They are not quotes and actual prices depend on the roof and site.
Regulations, government programs and product specifications change. Where we refer to rules administered by bodies such as the QBCC, Workplace Health and Safety Queensland, Sunshine Coast Council or Noosa Shire Council, check the current requirements with that body before acting.
Photographs
Photographs on this site are stock images illustrating the kind of work involved. They are not photographs of particular jobs on the Sunshine Coast.
No reviews or ratings
This site does not publish testimonials, ratings or project counts. Ask the contractor who inspects your roof for references and examples of their own work.
