The short version
We collect the details you give us so we can pass your roofing enquiry to a local contractor and follow it up. We do not sell your information. On request we will tell you what we have on file, fix anything wrong, or remove it.
Information we collect
When you ring us or fill in the enquiry form, you might share your name, a contact number, an email, where the property is, and a description of the roofing problem, sometimes with photos. In the background, the site may also log technical information such as the pages visited, the time of the visit, the browser and device type and an approximate location derived from your internet connection. That helps us keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it

Who sees it
Your enquiry details are shared with the roofing contractor we line up for your job, and with service providers who help us run the website, phone system and enquiry forms (for example, the platform that hosts our form). Those providers only process it to run our service. Personal details are never sold or rented, and they are not handed over for anybody else's advertising.
If a law or a court compels us to release information, we will comply.
Keeping it safe
Access to enquiry records is limited to the people and systems that need them, and we use reputable providers with security controls in place. Some service providers may store data on servers outside Australia. Online systems can never be made perfectly safe, so do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your roofing enquiry.
Cookies and visit statistics
Small files called cookies, or similar measurement tools, may be used to count visits and see which roofing pages people find helpful. Browsers let you refuse or clear them; the pages remain readable without them, although a feature or two may not behave as expected.
Your choices
To see, fix or remove your details, ring 07 3132 2496 in business hours. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons, and we will explain if so. If a privacy concern is not sorted out to your satisfaction, raise it with us first; the federal privacy regulator, the OAIC, also takes complaints.
